		<description>I went to Singapore last November and saw number 5. I was on a Duck Tour double decker bus and the guide told us that those colorful buildings were housing apartments for the Singaporeans. 

What the government does, is repaint the buildings every 5 to 10 years (almost all buildings, not just the colorful ones) to make the buildings always look new.  Cool eh?</description>
