		<description>I was happy to see you put Flamingo at #4. It seems to get overlooked in many of the &quot;top buffet&quot; surveys. Just enjoyed it again about two weeks ago and it is as good as ever.

Tons of seafood (including crab and shrimp) plus a nice selection of well-prepared delights. Plus, their desert area is always great.

Bellagio always deserves one of the top spots (if not the top spot) and the Planet Hollywood (former Aladdin) buffet is as amazing as ever.

Wynn and Mirage may have rounded out the top ten, although Wynn is expensive. Worth it for the quality and variety of food you wouldn&#039;t normally find at a buffet but not the place to take someone who just wants lots of basic good food.
