The chef at Frontera Fresco, Rick Bayless, started out by bringing southern cooking to Chicago restaurants. Gordon Ramsay owns over 15 fine dining establishments so we weren’t surprised to find out he took a step back to create something a little less serious. His Gordon Ramsay Plane Food, located in London, is a pub style atmosphere serving traditional pub fare. Located in the Heathrow Airport, the restaurant also offers “plane picnics” for diners to take on their flights.

Heston Blumenthal is proud of the three Michelin stars his Fat Duck restaurant earned but he’s just as proud of Little Chef, a restaurant that hired him to overhaul their menu. Now the restaurant features low-sodium pork sausage, eggs, black pudding, and delicious baked beans.

Anita Lo, the chef and owner of Rickshaw Dumplings, worked at several famous New York Restaurants before opening her own establishments. Her fast food restaurant, Richshaw Dumplings, serves a wide variety of dumplings filled with all types of tasty treats including Thai Basil, chocolate, and Peking duck. Ferran Adria’s El ZBulli is one of the hottest restaurants in Spain but you’ll have an easier time finding a seat in his fast food chain Fast Good.
