Eric, I owe you a heartfelt apology.

I should have been more specific in my character assassination of American beer and invoked the likes of Coors Light, Rolling Rock, Pabst and Bud Light Lime.

My bad.

1. Beer in the US is NEVER drunk warm.

2. “Weak”? US beer’s alcohol content is measured by weight. Multiply what is on the container by 1.25 to get the content by volume. Thus the alcoholic content is on par with all other world beers.

3. “Weak”? as in flavor? Again wrong. Take a look around and see what’s available. You will be disappointed to find your opinions don’t match reality.

You mirror what people want to believe about the USA. In your haste opinion has become fact because it is popular to slag off the USA and on the Internet popular = truth.
