Nice article! Ive been to most of these markets and the Paris flea market is the most impressive display of fabulous merchandise. We take tours antique shopping in Europe and go to Paris as well as the street markets of Arezzo in Italy and the massive fairs at Swinderby and Newark in England. All of these venues should be on your list.

Hell's Kitchen Flea Market in New York City is a good market, too. It's small compared to some listed above, and certainly newer. But, National Geographic listed it as a great shopping street (W 39th St), also in part because of interesting City views, neighborhood family-owned spice and food markets, and proximity to Times Square.
